By accessing or using the website operated by the American Academy of Optometric Medicine and Surgery ("AAOMS," "we," "us"), located at faaoms.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. About AAOMS

AAOMS is a professional membership organization founded in 2023 that recognizes excellence and achievement in doctors of optometry and eyecare providers performing laser procedures, injections, and surgical procedures. AAOMS is headquartered at 2704 Cambridge Circle, Tahlequah, OK 74464.

3. Website Use

This website provides:

• Information about AAOMS, its mission, and fellowship requirements
• A public directory of FAAOMS members
• Fellowship application submission
• A general contact form

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use.

4. Fellowship Applications

Submitting a fellowship application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed by the AAOMS membership committee. The application fee of $225 is required at the time of submission and is non-refundable. Annual membership renewal is $100. AAOMS reserves the right to accept or deny any application at its sole discretion. Payment instructions are provided separately and are not processed through this website.

5. Member Directory

Members listed in the FAAOMS directory have consented to the display of their name, photograph, title, and biography. The information in the directory is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement, referral, or guarantee of any member's qualifications beyond their FAAOMS fellowship status.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AAOMS or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The AAOMS name, logo, and "FAAOMS" designation are proprietary to the organization. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission.
